Searching for answers and coming up empty?

I can help you fill in the blanks.

Creating is hard. It just is. It's amazing and wonderful, too, but the joyful parts don't eliminate the challenges. No matter how much you love your project or your photography, there will be those inevitable moments of feeling lost, unsure, overwhelmed, stuck, or just straight-up terrified. Those moments are tough. But they don't have to stop you. You just need an infusion of clarity, direction, and support to move through them.

I offer occasional mentorships for creators who are full of caring and drive but would appreciate some extra insight, guidance, and support. If that's you, and you think you'd like to work with me, please reach out. There's no commitment when you get in touch; it's simply starting a conversation. And if I don't have availability or if don't believe I'm the right person to mentor you, I'll let you know. Your vision deserves the right advisor and creative support.

Jessica is kind, compassionate, and incredibly smart. I’ve never met anyone with her unique combination of relational and technical skills. She has the ability to deeply connect with people while also providing clear, actionable strategies. Whether you’re looking for guidance in refining your work, fresh insights, or a thoughtful mentor, she excels in all of these areas. Her teaching style is both supportive and inspiring, helping you feel confident in your next steps while also pushing you to grow. She’s a wonderful teacher, a great listener, and an exceptional strategist. I highly recommend working with her—you’ll feel both empowered and better equipped to succeed.

Jessica is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons I have become successful in the photography world. From the moment I met her she encouraged me with a guiding hand, she gave me unbiased feedback, she was a sounding board for all my worries, ideas, thoughts, anxieties, etc. and she believed in me, more than anyone else. She is so easy to talk to and get along with and her ability to give constructive criticism and critiques while still encouraging you and helping you move forward with your goals is unlike anyone else I've ever met. Her calming presence and unwavering support is what got me to where I am today.

I was overwhelmed by ideas, almost feeling so flooded by all the potentials, it was hardest to execute the things I was most drawn to. Jessica was able to evaluate all my dreams and goals and bring clarity to what I really wanted. She asked questions that got me thinking in a more focused and introspective way, and then she helped me set goals and create an action plan.

I think her greatest value may lie in her ability to organize thoughts without influencing the trajectory, she merely uncovers what was deep in there already. It's as if my idea was there in my mind, but I was covered in rice crispy treats, completely obscured. She took a little spoon and chiseled away, revealing something I couldn't quite make visible, immobilized by the crispies.

[After talking with Jessica I felt as if] my head had been reattached to my neck! So grounded and clear in my mind, knowing where I would go next. Jessica's consultation and guidance has been absolutely crucial in creating a fulfilling and profitable business model for my photography.

I was struggling with feeling like I need to have the perfect circumstances to start something new; [I was] feeling lost, anxious, and generally without direction. Jessica helped me see that the first step didn't have to be with a fully formed idea, but in fact working through the beginning stages was a part of the process. She has an incredible strength to help individuals digest the most daunting of tasks into smaller bite-size pieces.

She is an incredible listening ear and the thoughts and insights she brings to the table are always simple solutions and are very level-headed.

Jessica has a way of making things that seem overwhelming (or impossible), seem completely doable. She has an uncanny knack for identifying the "pain points" and making it clear that they aren't actually that hard and very achievable. She is a natural problem solver and can often find simple ways to connect many variables and solve more than one issue at one time.

[After meeting with Jessica] I always feel much better with a clear direction and plan. It's almost like all of the thoughts in my head are bouncing around in a disorganized cloud, and after the meeting they are all lined up in a neat little line for me to check off one at a time.

If you are struggling with something and can't figure out what the next/first step is on overcoming an obstacle in your way, Jessica can help. I'd say she has a 100% success rate with me!
